Late Policy: I allow a 10 minute grace period for clients. We will need to reschedule you if you’re running more than 10 minutes late. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to appointment will be charged 50% of scheduled service. No Show Policy: No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service. After-Hours Appointment: If you can’t find a time/day that works best for you message me and I will help to work something out! If you need an appointment outside of my set hours there will be a $15 fee.
